Near Mint -- Box may show some shelf wear. Usually frayed corners and/or a few small crease marks.

Good - Box has a little wear.  Maybe a bent corner or two.

Fair - Box has wear.  Maybe multiple bent/frayed corners, small slits in the bottom corners, and/or crease marks..

Bad - Box has been crushed from shipping.  Corners bent, crease marks, tears and possibly water damage.
