A Member of the Alabama Gang Before Moving to NASCAR, Neil was the Track Champion at Birmingham International Raceway in 1972, Winning 80% of His Races that Year!  He was also the Track Champion in 1973!  He is an Inductee in Multiple Racing Halls of Fame.  He was Tragically Killed in a Head On Crash into the Outside Wall of Turn Four during Practice for the Daytona 500 on February 11, 1994!
