    Description

    Vintage Dark Velvet Dressage Riding Hat Helmet. Size 58 or 7-1/8.  Well used but still useable. Velvet wearing thin in some places, especially on rims. Some scuffs and scratches. The color, depending on your light, can be black, brown, or deep purple.  Suspect there was at one time an inner lining with the maker's/brand name - can see glue lines and foam remnants if you open up the inside gathered fabric part.  Chin strap in good shape for its age.
    Stored in a clean, smoke-free environment.
