Very good pre owned vintage condition no stains or rips black velvet with black satin bow gold interior lining
No makers tag interior does have some stains

25 inches around exterior and 22 around the interior head band 1.5 inch long brim hat stands about 6 inches high The elastic chin strap will need to be updated it is still fully attached but has lost some stretch Please ask any questions that you can think of before bidding
