  • Condition: USED but in good condition for age, materials, and intended use. This helmet was used for years by family members, but was retired and has since been used as an equestrian display piece. It does not have a chin strap. Believed to be a size 7, based on listed equestrian helmet dimensions (it is 22" inside measurement around rim, which shows as a size 7). Size may not be exact: sold for display only. Several rubs/dents in velvet/spots of fading, but still presents well on display.

    Description

    Up for your consideration is this lovingly preserved vintage Equestrian Boltaron safety crown riding helmet. It was used by a family member for years, then retired to live out it's life as an equestrian display piece. IT IS BEING SOLD FOR DISPLAY USE. Believed to be a size 7,  but unsure. Part of our family's eclectic life-long collection of oddities, including special equestrian pieces like this one (check out my other listings for more unique and special items!!!). Please see photos, as they are also part of the description-and note that in some photos the helmet looks brown: this is a lighting variation on camera upon close up. It's definitely black and color is basically consistent all over.
