    Description

    This is a lovely black velvet equestrian hat.  It does not have a strap, but could be added.  This most likely would be used for decor or costume.   The inside circumference is 21 inches that equates to  a hat size of 6 5/8, or 53.3 cm.  It has a button on the top and a small brim.  There is just a slight bit of use but it is hard to see.   Inside is perfect.  It has a small grograin ribbon on the back..
